Product Management

Product Management is a key feature of any e-commerce website, and Senior’s Product Management tool helps you to add, edit and organise your product catalogue with ease and confidence. The features of the Product Management tool include:

Product Categories

• This section allows you to add and remove categories and add sub categories within your e-commerce website as required

Add Products

• In this section of the e-commerce suite there is a whole range of options allowing you to add whatever type of product that you require. The following tabs allow you to add information to your products:

Edit Products

• This section allows you to search for and edit your current product catalogue
• Once you have found the product that you want to edit you get all the options available when you add a new product, so once you have a product catalogue set up everything is still totally customisable.
• You can also remove products that are no longer required in this section

Stock Control

Stock Control allows you to keep track of exactly what stock you have available within your e-commerce website. You can perform searches to see which products are running low and require ordering as well as editing stock levels if the need arises.

If you are having a sale or trying to reduce the levels of old stock on your shelves the Special Offer Management tool gives you the simple steps you need to add offers to products as you require. The options allow you to cut the price of products by percentage or an exact amount of money, you can give the offer a name and description to help your customers recognise the offers that are available to them.

Order Administration

The Order Administration section allows you to see all the orders that have come through your e-commerce website and view all the information that relates to the order as well as export orders for the courier service that you would like to use.
